This watercolor painting of the old Pennine Inn by professional artist and tutor Paul Talbot-Greaves is a good example of how to create drama and depth in a painting. He also makes great use of the stone wall as a lead-in to the center of interest. This painting took around two hours to complete. It was done on Saunders Waterford 300lb rough paper.
